Terms of use

Klone Media Enterprise operates Klone Me Music and Klone One Magazine. You may read and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial use. We retain rights in our original text, graphics, and branding unless otherwise credited. Do not republish, scrape, sell, or alter content without written permission. Third party music, videos, photographs, advertisements, and links remain subject to their owners' terms.

We may edit or remove content, suspend misuse of accounts, or update the service. Editorial material is for general information and opinion; travel, food, health, and other decisions remain your own responsibility. External services such as Live365 and YouTube have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us about rights or errors.

Subscriptions, free trial, cancellation & refunds

Klone One is planned as one digital edition per month at $4.99 per month, with the first seven days of access free. The current trial requires sign-in, collects no payment information, does not enroll you in automatic billing, and ends seven days after activation. Paid checkout is not connected; no recurring charge will occur from joining this trial. Access to full stories stops when the trial expires unless a paid plan becomes available and you choose to purchase it.

Before any future paid enrollment, we will display the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, how to cancel, and the refund rules at checkout, and request express consent. A future paid plan may be canceled before its next renewal through its account or billing controls. Cancellation would end future charges while access continues through the paid period. If a charge is made in error, contact klonemediaent@gmail.com; legally required refunds will be honored. No refund applies to a free trial because no payment is taken. These details will be updated when checkout goes live.

Privacy notice

When you sign in for a trial, we receive an account identifier and email address from the sign-in service. We store your email, account identifier, trial start time, and access status to provide and administer magazine access. Administrators can see this information. We also receive messages you voluntarily email us. The hosting and identity providers may process technical information needed to deliver the site and security controls under their own notices. We do not currently collect payment card details on this site.

We use this information to provide access, answer requests, prevent abuse, and maintain records. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. We retain trial records while needed to operate access and address legitimate requests, then delete them when no longer needed. Ask for access, correction, deletion, or information about your data by emailing klonemediaent@gmail.com. We will verify a request before acting and honor applicable rights. Browser or third party embeds may have their own cookies or tracking; external content is opened or loaded only where shown.

Editorial standards, advertising & submissions

Paid placements are labeled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored.” Advertising does not guarantee favorable reviews, airplay, or editorial coverage. Food and travel opinions reflect the named writer's experience when published; specific visits, prices, and availability should be checked with the provider. We will correct material errors that are brought to our attention.

For artist submissions, send only material you own or are authorized to provide. Submission permits our team to review it; it does not grant publication, performance, or broadcast rights. We will obtain separate permission for use. Portrait features require the subject's written permission. A parent or legal guardian must authorize any child's photo and identifying details before publication. Do not send private information about a child in an initial nomination.

Copyright owners may report alleged infringement to klonemediaent@gmail.com with the work, page URL, contact information, and basis for the claim. We will review and act on valid notices. Klone One is independent and is not affiliated with Ebony or Jet.

We aim to keep text readable, navigation usable by keyboard, and images described where meaningful. If you cannot access part of the site or need a copy of content in another format, email klonemediaent@gmail.com or call (469) 807-1366. Include the page and what you need. We welcome correction and accessibility reports.

Changes & governing terms

We may update these policies and post the revised effective date here. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they affect a paid renewal.
